I agree Marisa. Be sure to watch his other videos too. They aren't animated, but are just as thought provoking.
This is outstanding. So well done and true. We group children by age. I hadn't even thought of this until now. He is absolutely right in saying that there are far better ways to group our students then by "Date of manufacture." -- So many more incredible topics touched on in this presentation. I'm going to watch it again!
